Dr. Nektaria Palaiologou is associate professor of Migration, Multilingualism and Intercultural Education at the Languages, Refugees and Migrants Programme (LRM) at Hellenic Open University; former Assoc. Professor at the School of Education at the University of Western Macedonia. Currently, she is Vice President of the International Association for Intercultural Education (IAIE). She is also serving as Editor in Chief at the Intercultural Education Journal, Taylor and Francis, Routledge as well as Editorial Board member on frequent basis at seven international journals. She is the co-author of three books in Greek, edited three books in English language. She has published extensively at international journals in the following areas: Intercultural Education, Immigrant and Refugee Education, Teacher Education and Multilingualism, Diversity and educational programmes for culturally and linguistically diverse students.
