Dluhopolskyi, Oleksandr  PhD

Oleksandr Dluhopolskyi worked as a part-time consultant for the United Nations under the projects of IOM. Since 2018 he is a Member of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (NAQA) 2018-2023. Since 2020 he is Head of the Analytical and Project Department at the Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University. Since 2022 he is Prof. of WSEI University (Lublin, Poland). From 1999 until today, he works at the Ternopil National Economic University (TNEU), since 2020 - West Ukrainian National University (WUNU): as a Senior Lecturer, Assistant Professor, and Professor of Economic Theory Chair. Repeatedly he was invited as a visited researcher to the international universities and science centers of the UK (Leeds Metropolitan University, UCL School of Slavonic and East European Studies), Germany (GESIS – Leibnitz Institute for the Social Sciences, Saarland University, Goethe-Institut Ukraine), Italy (La Sapienza University), Norway (NORD University) and Poland (the University of Warsaw, Academy of Special Education). He works also as an expert of different NGOs (Poruch, Ukrainian Educational Research Association, International Association of Institutional Researches). He is a Member of the Editorial Board of «Business and Economic Research» Journal (USA), «Regional Innovation» Journal (France), «Science and Economy», «Marketing and Management of Innovations» and «Economic Analysis» Journals (Ukraine). He is the author of the «Theory of public sector economy» book and more than 100 articles. Oleksandr Dluhopolskyi received his Ph.D. in Economics from the Lviv National University by Ivan Franko in 2003, and Dr. Ec. Sc. from the Academy of Financial Management (Ministry of Finance of Ukraine). In 2007 he received Docent’s diploma of State and Municipal Management Chair, and in 2016 – Professor’s diploma of Economic Theory Chair at the TNEU. During 2014-2016 he was a Chief of the Commission of Quality Assurance at TNEU. In 1998 he got honor Specialist’s degree in Finance and Credit from the Ternopil Academy of National Economy (TANE), and 1999 – honor Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Masters Training Center at the TANE.
