He was conducted many scientific visits for Jülich nuclear research center, Germany and nanotechnology institute, Aachen university for applied science, Germany. He was awarded "the state encourage award in advanced technological science (Egypt, 2009) and "citation awards" (Taif Univ., 2011 & 2012, 2013). He published 55 papers in high-ranking international journal and “US Utility Patent” in chemical sensors particularly, nanoparticles based microsensors. He participated in a lot of international conferences in his area in Egypt, Germany, Hungary, UK, Mexico, UAE, Bahrain, and Greece.
